Delivery Policy
A local delivery fee of $10.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day local delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We do deliver on Sundays, however if it is outside the local area it will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
Replacement / Return Policy
Our arrangements come with a 24 hour guarantee. If you are unsatisified in any way please contact us right away so we can pick up and replace this item at no cost to you. *No refunds will be issued after this time.*
Holiday Deliveries
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Substitution Policy
We always make arrangments as close to the picture as possible but substitutions have to be made in some cases that are beyond our control.
We will make every effort to maintain the same value, colors, style and theme you selected.

*Our wicker baskets are mostly whitewashed verses the darker wicker baskets shown in some of the pictures*
Valentine's Day Deliveries
Please note- on Valentine's day we are unable to take timed delivery orders. We will make every attempt to honor your time request but due to such a high number of deliveries we cannot promise. Please call us at 304-346-5384 if you have any questions or if you need to change your delivery to a pick up. We will try our best to help in anyway make this day special for your Valentine!
-Business' will be going out early so your Valentine will recieve their delivery during their workday.
-Employees at schools by 2:00 will be completed.
